As a Spanish instructor, Rhonda hopes to instill in her students a love for Spanish and Latin American cultures and language, and raise awareness of opportunities to teach the Gospel to Spanish speakers. She enjoys traveling in Spanish-speaking countries and learning more about their histories and cultures firsthand. Rhonda has worked on numerous evangelistic and medical campaigns in the U.S. as well as Peru, El Salvador, Ecuador, Panama, Spain, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Paraguay. She also enjoys spending time with friends, yard work, reading, sewing, teaching Bible classes, making teaching materials - but most of all, spending time with her two sons, their wives, and her grandchildren who bless her life immeasurably.
Rhonda loves teaching at Freed-Hardeman and is very grateful to play a small role in the lives of so many great young people. She is very grateful for all the wonderful faculty and staff with whom she works -- all of whom make her life and job a joy!
Rhonda is currently working on Bible school curriculum which she hopes to publish. She speaks on ladies' programs and lectureships and provides Bible teachers workshops.
