After graduation from FHU in 2004, I attended Auburn University in Auburn, AL. I completed my Masters degree and Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2007 and 2008 respectively. My research focused on sensor networks and computational intelligence. Although my dissertation was in the field of sensor networks, I discovered a real passion for biologically inspired algorithms, specifically neuro-evolutionary algorithms.
I began teaching at FHU in the summer of 2008. As FHU graduates of the class of 2004, my wife and I were excited to return to our alma mater. We have one son, Logan, born in September 2008. We hope to make some contribution to FHU in light of all the blessings we have received through her. We believe in the power of Christ and in the power of education.
