Part of my responsibility at Freed-Hardeman is to provide training to faculty on how to use Blackboard, an online course management system.

In addition to providing face-to-face training sessions, I maintain the Blackboard Faculty Support web site, an instructional support website aimed at helping faculty complete Blackboard related tasks.
