Home
I joined the FHU nursing family in January 2008. Nursing is my passion; maternity, as well as adult health nursing are my specialties. I've worked in this profession over 30 years. I started as a nursing assistant, then became a licensed practical nurse, then a registered nurse. I then went on to receive a bachelor's of science degree in nursing.
I attended Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing and received a master's degree in women's healthcare nurse practitioning. This degree will help me to be well-rounded in teaching maternity nursing here at Freed.
In this dynamic field, teaching helps me to stay current with various issues of health, technology, and medicine. God has enabled me to give back by sharing my knowledge and skills to those who seek to become part of this profession.
